You wait for it to come back... You gain 50 stamina per hour when it's not upgraded and ur guildless

you find a guild with the right structures to give you 200+ more max stam, and +15 stam per hour.
You can also waste your time filling out all the surveys to try and get free fsps to increase your stam gain + max stam.
but regardless, you'll still end up playing a waiting game

Good points of the game -
free to play
lots of good people to meet and chant with
Oh, and while I'm here, I'm gonna give you the best advice I can give to a new player, which will save you a lot of heartache later -
put all your level up points into damage - no other stat is important for level up points, since all needed levels can come from equipment, but damage is always lacking

you may want to change it later on if you choose to change your play style 
also, while you wait for your stam to regenerate, you can always scavange (requires lots of gold and lots of backpack slots) or join the pvp arena (requires gear).
if anything i reccomend you to join a guild and see what you can do for them

Not really. You just need to concentrate on other things before attempting scavenging, as it was designed to be a gold sink (meaning a lot of gold is lost).I've wasted like 300 gold on Scavenging, and getting nothing! :?
