Soo I need a little help here...

My attack is above 1000 when I hunt the kraken
My armor can be either 900 or 1000 (depends on armor and shield)
My damage can be either 550 or 450 (depends on armor and shield)
And my def is low....

Soo my Q is what is better? Have the higher armor and less damage or less armor with higher damage?

(DONT HAVE BOTHILD SET FOR Armour/Damage)

My setup is
Gloves: Odhars gloves
Helm: Lesser Santork hat
Ammy: Deepwater Choker
Sword: Shin Yarin (obviously)
Armor: Thonomoths armor or Ghostly corset
Shield: Thonomoths shield Or ghostly stare
Ring: Sir Gwans ring
Boots: Plague Boots
Rune: Odhars rune


Please help me edit this set for good kraken kills.

You are trying to 10-hit a mob that has about a 5% chance of getting a Piercing Strike each round, in an armor based rig with 30% more armor than the mob does in damage. Obviously, you will fail.

I think it will be less than a 10 hit

your best bet is to go defense. and probably 5-6 hit it.

Even with buffs?? Also theirs no good defense set with the shin yarin

Edit* no good def set at lvl 60 with shin yarin

theres a good enough set. trust me. I've hunted kraken at 60. its not the most effiecient way but it works. and with buffs its easy to hunt kraken in def at 60

I think I could do a 5 hit (with buffs) on the kraken with the ghost pieces on

If you are going DEF setup, get a wither 350 pot. Costs gold, saves stam, so your pick as to which you value more.

Now that I think about it, I don't know if there is a good enough DEF setup at level 60 to hit a titan... maybe though, with dark curse 225). Last time I checked, the best DEF setups don't exist much until 110+ (but I am NOT a gear guy - I trust other guild members with that area)

I'm going to level to 85 and. Get a better armor/Damage setup..

If you are willing to blow a couple FSPs you can get a thoroirs set (which are REALLY cheap right now) and ake a defense set based around that.

Gone through possibly: 26 sets
So far I'm looking for best set without buffs

if you can get UB 175 every time it'll give the thorirs enough longevity anyway

Wonder how many kills they expect to get from 1k stam with no LF running lol (and then multi hitting each kraken)
