Hi,I am having a small problem joining the Arcane Council,the Arch Mage Kelphar wont respond to me when i speak to him. This is the very first quest to join the Arcane Council.

Sometimes it is a matter of positioning. See if he will talk to you after you move closer to him or on the other side of him...

Yeah just tested it on on alt, it's bugged. I'm sure they will fix it soon

Yep, this dude still won't let me join the council even though I'm a mage. It would be SORTA helpful to be able to do the mage quests, you know.
