I believe the maximum empower level is 10. I think I should wait until the admins post to answer what is the maximum empower level.

The max empowerment level to a single relic is ten, the max amount of relics that can be held and empowered is 6, the max % bonus that can be had to each stat from relics overall is 20%

I think the empower level resets to 1 after being captured.

I am pretty sure that stamina gain can go up to as high as 120. It can be achieved by doing the following...
-Max out the Stamina Gain upgrade. It will increase stamina gain by 25.
-Equip the Epic "sets" which grants 18 Stamina Gain.
-Max out the Endurance Shrine. It will boost 15 Stamina Gain.
-Have 6 relics, all of the captured relics with stamina gain, with empower level of 10 in all. That's 12 stamina gain.
50+25+15+18+12=120 Stamina Gain per hour!
-Max out the Stamina Gain upgrade. It will increase stamina gain by 25.
-Equip the Epic "sets" which grants 18 Stamina Gain.
-Max out the Endurance Shrine. It will boost 15 Stamina Gain.

What is your point, seriously? This is suppose to be a guide for players who don't know better, is it not?
If it is, and not just some grab for attention or attemps at getting a thread stickied with 'fame' or 'popularity' in mind. Then this information is pointless to a NEW player who can not use most of thise Epics, which, are not important to playing the game.
Please, do stop trolling for attention.

i think that calc is off by 1 anyway
unless i missed something, the only epic boots are skal boots, and they give +1 stamina, not +2

Which upgrade is right for you?
If you are going to hunt every day, +10 maximum Stamina is the choice for you.
Got a lot of buffs you want to sell? Advertise it on biography. With the +25 biography characters, you can put more buffs for sale.
Want to level up fast? Upgrade XP Gain and that way, you will generate more XP per hour.
Want a lot of people? Upgrade the friends list.
Has a lot of items you want to keep? Upgrade your inventory capacity!
Have a lot of items you want to sell without waiting for free space? Upgrade the maximum auctions!
By the way, I reached level 100 a while ago. It increased my stamina gain to 6.

I gotta watch out for rebtex. rebtex (Yes, in all lower-case.) tried to damage my thread reputation.
So I resorted to making this guide. And hopefully I will climb my way to become one of the best forumers in FS, SS2 and Gothador forums.
If you dont even want to be helpful and all you have is fame in mind you are a messed up 5 year old.
