In my opinion you're missing quite a bit but this is a good rough outline for which Legendary/SE sets to take, I guess.

In my opinion you're missing quite a bit but this is a good rough outline for which Legendary/SE sets to take, I guess.
I will be adding a few more sets and adding damage guides sooner

simple answer, you can't, you're not going to buy ragggs set for gold unless we get a Legendary Event where he shows up
