Note: It is possible to 1-hit, a Guildmate was 1-hitting at Level 225 :) Be it a matter of using Partial Hunter Set, or, the Glowing Kozyu Rune thing...

Yep, I'm trying to think of a gear Set-up that would allow 1-hitting to be possible again :)

Level 200:
Weapon: Inferno Hammer (Perf FF)
Amulet: Amulet of Sidel (FF)
Armor: Marpolo Armor (Perf FF)
Boots: Boots of Pelacroz (FF)
Gloves: Ferals Gauntlets (FF)
Helmet: Banshee Helm (Perf FF)
Ring: Iron Ring of Fenaz (FF)
Rune: Rune of Lezhal (Perf FF)
Shield: Cu Sith Lightning Guard (Perf FF)

Total Damage:599,333,312,333,333,222,435,339,303 + 3209
Total Attack:249,77,132,81,97,152,92,133 = 1013
Total Armor:132,79 = 211

Status:
In my opinion, all your Stat Points should be in Damage. None is needed else where.

This is what you should have;

(Level 200)
Attack: 1
Armor: 1
Defence: 1
Damage: 401 (400 Points put in)
HP: 5

With this Set-up, the essential Buffs to help you achieve 1 hitting would be...

Berserk
Fury
Dark Curse (for the slight lack of Attack)
Enchant Weapon (boosts both Attack and Damage)
Enchant Armor (boosts Attack and Damage)
Wither (dosen't always work, but when it does, it helps a ton :) give you guaranteed 1-hits)
Keen Edge (give a bit more Attack)
Death Dealer (more kills = more Damage)
Spectral Knight (hey, works like Wither)
Force Shield (for those "just incase" situations)
Last Ditch (again for those "just incase" situations, this will help a ton!)
Bloodthirst (may come in handy)
Holy Flame (why not?)
Alright, aside from those Buffs, the typical "Leveling Buffs" are essential, they would include...

Adept Learner
Librarian
Treasure Hunter
Merchant
Doubler
Animal Magnetism
Death Wish
Conserve
Also whatever you wish :P

Now when requesting these Buffs, the Level of the Buffs makes a difference as well :P This is what you want to aim for to get the most of them :)

Berserk L.350
Enchant Weapon 1000

Aside from that, I belive everything else is optional, but I think these are the musts to get the 1-hit Target.

Buff Breakdown.....
Now I bet your thinking..."What the hell do I need to 1-hit?!?!"
My answer is simple....just make sure you have this....

Berserk L. 300 - 350
Enchant Weapon 1000 (debateable, I will follow up after testing)
Then the rest @ any Level you can get, obviously the higher the better....
Fury
Dark Curse
Enchant Armor
Wither
Keen Edge
Death Dealer
Spectral Knight
Force Shield
Last Ditch
Bloodthirst
Holy Flame
Adept Learner
Librarian
Treasure Hunter
Merchant
Doubler
Animal Magnetism
Death Wish
Conserve

So if you ride along with those Buffs, you stats should be more so like this.....

(If I could get a hand with this section, I would greatly appreciate it :))
Attack:...
Damage:...
Armor:...

Now, if you get the above Buffs that dosen't have a specific Level to have, I will base my example on having them at Level 150, 155 or 175, based on the respected min Level of the Buff.

NOTE: STILL IN PROGRESS But feel free to comment of current progress

Total Damage:599,333,312,333,333,222,435,339,303 + 3209
Total Attack:249,77,132,81,97,152,92,133

Whoa. With that kind of damage and attack you probably could 1-hit all the way up to maybe level 5000.

Uh that's not the total damage. That's the individual damage of an item, comma, individual damage of another item, comma, etc...

Attack wise, I belive it should be, also you have Dark Curse, which would help....and EA and EW :)

As for using the Lezhal Amulet, I would have to see, I really havent tested this gear yet hands on.....

quite eclectic kind of strat.
no need at all to use Keen Edge. If you are going with Death Dealer you need the Imp too , otherwise with kamikaze you lose kill streak all the time.

economy wise going with CA72 might be cheaper than ber300+ew1000.

If you are going kamikaze setup you should probably mention Defiance and Deep Pockets and sending gold away all the time is a must.

and some might say dying is better than using LD+FS , this depends on your doubler level too. I died twice per 1000 stam using dbl500 this stretch with a straight CA72 kamikaze setup. The gold and XP loss are not too bad if you send every 20K to friend.

Ha, this is WAY outdated :P I posted it like September :P I think that was when the new Buffs JUST came out when they were pretty expensive and hard to get :P
