I'm wondering why there's no pots between the levels 8-12, 20-24, and 28-32. I don't believe any other Profession has these gaps?
If we're only looking at the 7 crafting professions then it's obvious why 5 of them won't have those gaps.
Those 5 professions give items for each level (3 types of armor, 1 for weapons and 1 for jewelry).
The other crafting profession is cooking and that one has exactly the same gaps as Alchemy. It does have a few more recipes than alchemy (31 for cooking vs. 24 for alchemy). But most cooking recipes require ingredients from very different gathering professions so they are much harder to make than the recipes in alchemy which require only foraging ingredients.
If we look at gathering professions as well then there are even bigger gaps.
Skinning gives tattered hides for 1-15, and sturdy hides for 16-31. But it also gives sot meat for 1-7, hams for 8-15, and rumps for 16-23.
Prospecting has copper at 1-15, bronze at 16-31 and iron at 32-40.
Foraging has resources at 1-7, 8-15, 16-23, etc.
I think the current gaps aren't that much of a problem.
I would like to see some extra recipes as well, but it doesn't have a high priority for me.
It would be nice if somewhere in the future HCS releases a few new recipes every now and then. This will surely keep alchemy interested for everyone instead of releasing a lot of recipes right now and none in the future.
