Hey guys,

I have some trouble changing to other server.

I am aware of the "change server" button on the lower right of character screen.

But i got some sort of error when loading the server list.

Below is the screenshot of the trouble.

Did you create an account first? Could be an oversight but once you create an account you should be able to switch servers.

If by create an account you mean create a character, yes i did that. Even progressed til lvl 19 now.

Im using the downloaded client, if that help.

This is Glaivesbane,

 

I made a new account, registered directly from Eldevin website.

I found the problem and the solution.

It seem that registering from the downloaded client will resulting of account cannot access to server change and newsletters.

Only account registered from the website can function normally.
