Hello so here i am waiting for 2 months to get a proper reply from support team, with my account being banned for mis information "elesdee" for "multiaccounting" lemme point out that i have a sibling who plays with me as well thank you very much, nevertheless people so called ben and alex_25 or what ever is do use multi accounts yet i see no actions taken or reports answered instead they close the tickets, now what am i banned for ? Why am i facing penalty that i should not ? When will i get my reply from support team ? And my(sibling's) account unbanned ? Very funny isnt it ? I spent half of my ingame items and my time to give some certain people some free stuff and all i get back is ignorance any difference between them and support team? No they just take what they get and ignore you righr after.
