i think quests based on player lvl . give the hour when it starts ... kill some creatures at some lvl or more lvls...(kill players on a mapp) ....win 3 arena ... kill some elite/s..kill 2 times SE creature( specific one)... att and win vs 5 players...first to do all this win

I know there is the arena that spawned at a level above the current max player level - I'm going to take a look into that next week

Maybe we can use some math too....just saying is strange that same set up lose/win vs same players with same set up ( is more random than science)...sorry if is off topic
