it didn't work i dont know why. i lost 150 fsp for +1 max structures. but didnt work :l

When i go to my guild upgrades i buy 2 max structures. and when i go to my guild manage i saw there is only 2/2 structures why it didn't add 2 structures it must be 4 max structures now not 2/2? Help PLEASE !
