I just ate one of those about an hour ago. Except the Dunkin Donuts here uses thin, wimpy, not-as-crispy pieces of bacon.

Someone would have "won" when the forum was nuked, but we don't know who. IzzyDead insists he did, but don't listen to him.   He drags up a screenshot from months before the forum was taken down, which proves absolutely nothing as far as who made the actual final post. For all we know, an admin could have posted "winner!" himself and then disabled the forum for the merge.   The winner will be forever unknown.

Nah, because treefrog just restarted a thread we'd had on the old FS forum back before the merge into one big Hunted Cow forum. The thread we had on that forum was a LOT longer than this one, and had been going on for ages.

Don't mind means they are neither for nor against it. So purely looking at the yes / no votes it was just over 65%.

Ah, well that means we see "I don't mind" differently. If that was the way you intended it, I would have suggested the vote option be a more clear "No opinion".

I do wish I would have known to begin with that my vote wouldn't count.   I would have voted differently.

A total of 2,036 players voted and of that 515 liked the update, compared to 974 who preferred how the game was before. This means of the players who either liked or disliked the updated, over 65% preferred how the Bounty Board and PvP Ladder used to work. Or if you include the players that didn't mind along with people who disliked the update - it would give a total percentage of 74.7%.

How can you lump in the "I don't mind" votes with the "No" votes? It seems to me that "I don't mind" is closer to "Yes" than it is "No", as it means "I don't positively like it, but I can live with it" as opposed to "I don't like it". If you add the "I don't mind" votes to the "Yes" group, your numbers come out quite different, as it would make the "Yes/Don't mind" vote 52.16%.

Also, your 65% number is only including the "Yes/No" votes in the total, completely disregarding the "I don't mind" voters. To me, this seems like skewing the statistics a bit by completely eliminating one of the voting options.

Just be glad he's reaching for the meat instead of the knife. 

So, how many times did you forget to turn before one of the signs kicked in for you? 

If they raise the needed number of kills to 25k, I'll need to work harder. 

If you only hit the Emaciated Fellow (counts as 5 kills), that's only 5k actual kills, which is usually the individual goal on other events.

For those players whose accounts were created before June 6, 2013, who are returning to their accounts after being gone a while:

Rather than use up the codes intended for new players, check your email (whatever email address was on your account at the time) from the date previously mentioned. There you will find that you received an email from "Hunted Cow Studios" with a subject of "Grab your Fallen Sword Booster Pack now!". There are three codes in the email: one for you and two to use to recruit friends into the game.

Yes I know that not everyone saves emails like I do, but just in case you do and are in need of a code, you can use the one you already received instead of one of the few left that are intended for recruiting new players from outside the game.

Special thanks and congrats out to all those crazy people in the top 100 who blew away anybody else with more than 125,000 smacks and got "rewarded" with the top tier chests. I'm too lazy to add up, but I kind of wonder if they are all responsible for one entire tier, lol.

Why is that this mentality of ‘nothing else is satisfied, unless Top Tier is reached’ with so many players? 

Could be partially because anything below the Crystal tier can be made if you have those skills maxed in Composing. Ruby, of course, is an even bigger bonus. And then there's some who want only the best.

With that said, I'd be satisfied with just Crystal on this event, because anything below that is quite literally useless to me, as I can make higher level potions than the reward for Gold and below.

If everyone was only hitting the 5-kill creatures, that 75M goal goes down to 15M actual kills. It really should have been do-able.

For larger frying pans you should use a 5 1/4" floppy drive but good luck finding one of those - surely Tom is to blame there too.

I've got one of those in my closet, so Tom gets a reprieve on this one.
