I'm having a problem where my quest window always opens up in the top right corner despite the fact that I keep moving it to the centre. This isn't even between sessions; it happens every time I close it and reopen it.

My inventory bags also scatter themselves around the screen every time I start the game but they at least stay in the same spot until I close it.

I'm using the Steam version but I never really had this problem before and I'm wondering if something in my cache got screwed up since I reformatted the disk a few months ago. Are there any cache files I should be deleting in order to get these things to persist?
