To find this, just tap on the resource bar along the top of the screen. This will take you to the 'Items - Resources' window. Then, there'll be 5 tabs, one for each resource. If you tap them one by one, you can see what the income for each resource is, along the right side of the window.

This Sunday we’ll be running a Raid Resources Event! Points will be awarded for raiding other players and stealing their resources.

Begins: Saturday 10th September - 23:00 UTC (19:00 EDT)
Ends: Sunday 11th September - 23:00 UTC (19:00 EDT)

This Event will be following an  Alliance Gather Resources Event, so there should be a lot of treasure floating around! The Alliance Gather Resources Event begins at 23:00 UTC on September 9th and runs for 24 hours!

Work together with your Alliance and don't be afraid to pop off a shield to keep the wolves at bay!

In order to keep your account progress consistent, please sync your account to Facebook and/or Google Games / Game Center. You can do this from the Settings menu in the game.

To change your hero's appearance, tap the Hero Portrait to open up the Hero screen, then tap the little orange pencil icon near the Hero's portrait. This'll let you use your Hero Image change item.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who accidentally use a 1 day speed up on a 1 hour build lmao

Ouch, that hurts.

Defeating the Alien sector doesn't revert the tile to neutral. If anything it's actually the first step in reclaiming the tile for your Alliance. The tile is set to neutral when the Alien first spawns, as if the Alien force captures the sector when they take up residence there.

Hey Brink! That's a pretty sweet idea.

This is definitely something that the team is looking into, but it's not planned for anytime soon. Currently the team is focused on allowing new players to move from one region to another so they can play alongside their real life friends.

At the moment there aren't a ton of regions, and each one is in a different stage of development, so region wars would be best saved for the future, when the battles won't be so one sided.

Were you able to join an Alliance? This might've helped to get you a solid base of people to ask questions to.

Regarding the notifications, you can adjust those in the settings menu. You can turn them all off, or just pick a few that matter to you.

If you're bored of upgrading your base, you can send out troops to gather resources, attack weaker/inactive players, or capture tiles for your Alliance! 

Did you get a chance to read the Tips for New Players article? Or check out the "Game Help" button from the settings menu? These might help to explain how to do things like send out deployments to claim resources and such.

The chat issue is something the team is currently looking into, so we're going to try to get this resolved as soon as possible. If the chat window goes away, you can force it to come back by tapping other buttons or tiles on the map.

Alpha 1 had a good number of inactive players purged from it with this update. Everyone who was abducted hadn't logged into the game in 14 days. By clearing them out of the way, there is now room for more new players to come and join.

This is a great call! It's very good to start the dialogue with folks before recruiting them / joining their alliance.

It's no good when your default chat room is full of knuckleheads.

I maxed out lvl 1 construction and research for 40% boost since those are two things you want to keep constantly rolling it saves you time

Yeah, that's going to add up like crazy as you continue to play the game. Good choice!

Employ cunning tactics! Consider using Facility Shields, Anti-Scout buffs, or the Security Station to house your units somewhere safe if you see a deployment headed your way!

On another note, our v1.02 update is ready to go! 
This update features graphical improvements, improved user experience, and new Alliance caches that can be earned from defeating Alien sectors level 5 and above. There’s going to be a period of server downtime while we implement the new version, beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 15:00 UTC. Estimated downtime is 4 hours.

During the downtime, we're also going to purging inactive players from Realm Alpha 1. Players who have been inactive for 14 days have been abducted to make room for more new players in that realm.

The Skill Tree is definitely intense! There's a lot to look at! One thing that I didn't notice right away was how aggressively the bonuses scale when you max out a skill.

For example:

Food Production I

Rank 3 = +4% Bonus

Rank 10 = +42% Bonus

So it definitely pays off to invest heavily in some of the options!
