I have an open support issue due to the same problem on gamma. I'm missing 408k Titan tanks due to a reinf. Support have yet to provide any useful feedback or tools to get me back into the game so I've stopped playing until they at least acknowledge the problem. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any way to escalate serious issues with support. The one other time I raised a support request was due to missing troops on attack - special units. This was fixed in 24 hours, but it's day 4 since the 408,000 t4 units disappeared I'm hopeful someone will get back to me.
