I would be really nice to have programable loadouts for your ships. Similar to the programed ques in Civilization.

When you capture a hero, you should be able to demand something in compensation for his return.
also you should be able to hold them for longer than 48hrs. but for each 48hrs it costs you neutronium to hold them. more each time making it impossible to hold them for a real long time,
