Wondering if anyone else has had issues with loosing shards.

I had over 180K shards, when I attempted to do and "Instant Upgrade" that costed 42K shards. As soon as i clicked the button the game crashed. When i got back in, i had just over 3K shards left. Plus the upgrade did not go thru. Has anyone experienced something like this? I've opened a ticket and after 3 weeks, it still has not been resolved.

While still waiting for the issue above to be resolved, i tried to buy a Daily Gold Pack yesterday. As soon as i saw the Google Play confirmation, the game crashed. When i got back into the game, i did not find the shards i purchased. Opened a ticket and still awaiting response.

the first issue happened on a computer and the second on a tablet.

I was just curious to see if anyone else has had issues like the ones mentioned above and if they got a favorable resolution.
