What? thongs but not lingerie!? Oh, and I want more wings, not just the midgie ones.  And would be nice if wings were another slot, not the chest one, because if your armor sucked, the wings would suck too. 

Bikini set for girls was added before you said it.

Also as i've said fully customisable body!

Not necessary currently.

But in future? yes most definately or add more extensions to the map is what i was thinking with different elemental bosses zones, fire, water, ice, light, death, life. etc. Yet again another topic to go on about :)

For now we have plasma lord, fire lord, ice lord etc etc

Unfortunately adding guilds is a little more involved than you think, especially for our current team size of about 8 developers.

 

The ideas are nice, we have talked internally about event style competitions. It's something we'd like to do if we get the chance. Likeliness to be implemented: 2 bananas and half an orange. That means we don't know xD

Should be long bananas and a juicy fat orange then!

Just shove it in your priority list *cough* the top half of the list *cough*, you won't regret it ;)

PvP with guilds would be so awesome :D

I think that will be for a future, for guilds now they could just add name tags, which takes about 5 hours or less from what i have known to do so.

 

Although we dont want to enfore anything on the players, the suggestion i made are totally with respect to that, there is NOTHING special that you can obtain from doing these, other than the vanity off course and maybe a top list rank for you to brag about, which other than that can be given labels postfix of the name [ but that is a whole another topic to go on.]

 

Even if 2 or maybe 3 of these are implemented , it would be a fun and repeatable content with no gain that can make you better in anyway than the rest non pvpers. Bringing back to life the area which was once forgotten [Trapper's Atol]

Other benefits would be not to wait for the pvp queue... i mean that is ENOUGH reward right there! No waiting time to kill someone boooyah!

Even if some dev likes the post , i'd know that my suggestion has been noted and is in the liking of thing to be implemented...... *poke*

Good ideas xp :D .

 

I would want to see once guilds are established to have guild vs guild fights in trappers to gain access to the rare resources ( let the lvl 48 resources be obtainable only in trappers atoll OR tag it as trapper's resources and add it to lvl 45-50 heroics crafting materials or use it in questline to upgrade ur lvl 45 fabled weopens into lvl 50 one ).

 

After winning the championship against other guilds , they have access to TA for lets say 2 weeks . Then again one more GvG championship after 2 weeks . 

 

There should be risk in TA and a reward for the efficient players :D

And yes that would be a fun thing to do, also have many ideas over that in fact.

If devs are really interested in hearing i could sit down and have a discussion.


Nope don't think it should be something guild based. Some people prefer not to join guilds so they shouldn't be forced to join guilds to enter TA.

 

And why should it be only possible for pvpers to get to 48 resources?

so i was just wondering how the resources with the new update coming up for "pvp resources" might be usefull in some exciting events.

 

1. Time challenge  [5 vs 5 team event] solo queue /-

  • Objective: Collecting the maximum number of resources.
  • Are given a time challenge of 10 minutes to collect a single type of resources, the one team which collectively collects the maximum number of resources of that type wins. 
  • The resources collected would need to be deposited in the deposit box before the timer runs out, if not deposited they will not be counted!

With pvp resources being dropable on death and lootable, and the bunch of nodes being collected at a spot it would obviously bring fun + competition. You want to safe gaurd your own resources or want to kill the others and loot theirs!?

  • Question: how will you count who collected the maximum number of resources?

Answere: There will be a deposit box[The token altar can be used for this purpose] at which the player will need to run to submit their resources!

  • Questions: what if someone is not high enough level to collect the resource?

Answere: well just defend the one who can collect them!

  • Question: what about the other players that are in trapper, how would you stop them from getting in between and attacking the team?

Answere: you won't. they can do anything they want , deal with it!

  • Question: who will decide what resource to collect? wouldn't it be crazy if a resouce that needed to be collected is higher than any of our team member's gathering level?

Answere: While the resource will be randomly selected by the game, It would be also be also taken in consideration that no resource is chosen that is heigher than the gathering level of everyone on the team!

So even if one person has that gathering level say suppose 40 and others don't have that much. Banana or any other level 40 resource can be randomly selected. Now it's your choice to either kill and loot from others, or save your only gatherer in this case to win the game!

  • rewards: 50 valor points.

2. Assasination [ 1 vs 1 event] solo queue /-

  • Obejctive: kill the enemy
  • rewards: 10 valor points.

3. Elimination [ 5-10 player event] solo queue /-

  • Objective: Not be killed once, be the last man to get out of there alive!
  • once dead, not allowed to go back in till the end of competition
  • If killed by a player not in the competition, you'll still be eliminated. It's not for the weak hearted !
  • rewards: 20 valor points.

4. Wages [ 1 vs 1 to 5 vs 5 event] group queue allowed

  • objective: Win to obtain the wage!
  • Types of wages: gold / ep 
  • once dead, not allowed to go back in till the end of competition in case of 2 vs 2 + events.
  • who wins? : The last team member standing alive in there wins[ the team offcourse] !
  • rewards: Wage [equally divide among the members] + 30 valor points.

5. Blood lust [ 5-10 people event] solo queue /-

  • Objective: Obtain the highest number of kills.
  • While if your killed , ur allowed to go back into the trappers and kill more just cuz the thirst of blood can't be satisfied so easily!
  • Rewards: 30 valor points.
  • 5 minutes to satisfy your lust.

 

Some other questions that might arise.

Unbalanced teams?

 

Not possible, most of the events are just solo queue and basically are not dependent on team work.

 

Wages:

It's only for those who really like to bet on their skills!

Why would you wage when your not sure whom your going with, and even if you do wage it's totally your choice!

why do it? Cuz it's available!

wanna wage against ur enemy? or u think ur team is far better than someone else and you can bet on that! just to add a little more spice.

 

These are some of the ideas of the top of my head. suggest your own! criticize mine!

Might as well use the attention of devs on this topic right now!

devil's right hand set : evil vanity 

Fully customization body

  1. head gear
  2. eye gear
  3. ear gear
  4. hands, wrists , shoulders
  5. tails [ damn bikni set with a devil red tail or leather suit heh  ;) ]
  6. legs
  7. shoes
  8. ability to mix match i.e. white shirt and a black jacket over it should be possible

example : black hat, with black jackets and white shirt inside, blue jeans and red & black shoes.

Open black jacket no sleeves and open, tatoos all over chest and stomach arms , leather jeans 

red devil horns with black shades... etc etc etc can go on

 

If you really wanna go indepth , tatoos can be custom made... for if someone wants to write something on their chest and stuff you know though that shuold be censored 

Which wants me to point out that back can be customized too if implemented. :)

 

[ i bet if all this costs for EP and is do-able, one or the other guy would go on a shoping frenzy in your shop]

as far as chat mods go, don't give them any power.

Just make them the voice of the people. collecting ideas and suggestion also whines , testing out the new stuff and reporting back to the players. That is all the power that needs to be given.

If i were one , and was given the opportunity to test stuff on behalf of people and actually got a say in the devs decision making that would be enough power to me. I also talked to this about a dev and they said they had to remove such moderators from other games as they abused power.

 

The right to speak and being heard is a power enough for me if you know what i mean.

I don't need free stuff or perks .... just want to be heard by the people for the people.

 

And about test server , i've said this about 2-3 times now. Making a test server where everyone could implement the new stuff would be awsome.

The only thing needed to be done is that test server should in NO WAY AFFECT THE REAL GAME SERVES.

 

It would be a totally different server, what happens there, stays there. this would allow the devs the power to give in game curreny and real cash bought currency to test out the new stuff to the full extent.

This. about the mentors thing.

Adding up of rangers and giving slow effect etc some of the measures taken so people can't aoe anymore. The best aoe grinding places boochedan and that cave are no longer a popular spot. The reason given was you weren't supposed to gather more than 4 and do it anyway, cuz people were gathering and killing large amount of mobs to gain gold and exp gains.

 

It was one of the end game solo thing to do, which was again taken away from players as someone used it to made large amount of money

 

Aoe is not nerfed... Warsins are op now.  They almost always pull aggro in runs, and there is a noticeable, significant difference in run times, with an addition of just 1 warsin.  Drop rates are nerfed, but according to devs, they didn't lower drop rate, even secretly. *Shrugs* My aoe grinding experience says otherwise.  

weren't you the one who said "making money out of grinding for hours? what mmo calls that an exploit!"

The thing is XP they simply IMO did not knew tanks were usiiiing sooooooo muuuuch despair.

 

So one person complained and they simply did not thought of the consenquences, now they do and they will fix it for sure.

hasty decisions i guess.

But that is generally there way of making things right.

Mongo made huge amount of cash from aoe grinding. so they nerfed the aoe aspect too hard without thinking about the compensation this is just an example, while what mongo did was right. The decision to make it right, was not the right thing.

similarly aldamines were nerfed so on and so forth, by the ternd of thing "nerfing" is their way to correct things is what i see. just my humble opinion.

as the title says. That is the suggestion.

 

If you keep taking stuff away from people and don't give any compensation for it. obviously people would whine.

 

For example. if the recent update was like

  •  reduced threat of despair
  • Increased threat generated by tremor

I doubt anyone would have complained as they knew, a skill that is mostly used was buffed up to compensate the nerf.
