The real solution is to temporarily halt region teleporting IMMEDIATELY while you sort this out.
It is unrealistic for an alliance to be able to destroy 75, 100, 150 bases before any of them recapture their land. The other issue is that a level 2 base has the same 5,000 base health as a level 22 base. It should not take 20 attacks to destroy these extremely low level bases. Will developers please commit to putting a temporary freeze on region teleporting? By the time you receive a ticket, investigate the claim that it is an abusive alt, then terminate the account it will have already destroyed a hive with the help of the other couple hundred accounts this person dropped there.

I would highly recommend immediately locking region teleport function while you try to sort this out. The longer you take to even acknowledge this (multiple tickets have been submitted with no replies also) the more likely players are driven away.

Players are starting new accounts on the new region, completing the tutorial and then using the region teleport to strategically move their new level 2 base to a position within an enemy hive on their home region and then abandoning their new player shield. They are doing this with DOZENS  (not and exaggeration) of level 2 bases until they are all linked together to cut off the enemy hive and cause them to lose the land. Since it takes 20 attacks to destroy even a level 2 base it is not practical to destroy the bases to save the land. Even if you destroy just one to break the chain, the others eventually flip the locked land to neutral. These bases/ alt accounts are not being played at all. They are built for the singular purpose of destroying an enemy hive and subsequently abandoned. This process is being recycled as much as the players desire as there seems to be no limit. To put it in perspective, one alliance has lost over 10,000 sectors in just over 28 hours. Others are well on their way to losing all they have worked to build. THIS is one reason why all other games don't allow more than one character per player/per region. It ALWAYS gets abused and now it is driving away people that actually play while also preventing new players from starting accounts as I assume there are a finite number of bases allowed per region. 

This is accomplished by removing the app from a mobile device, reinstalling the app on the mobile device, starting the game and completing the tutorial in Theta 1, then using the region teleport to find the specific drop point for your new base. Lastly, scout a sector to drop the shield and repeat the process all over again. With just an hour of free time and a committed group of players a 50 person alliance can be overwhelmed by hundreds of bases on their hive gradually turning their sectors and destroying the hive.

There is no way this doesn't somehow violate your ToU. I don't advocate for bans often, but this is not competitive game play and is deserving of bans.

There is now strong evidence to suggest that this action is being completed through the use of scripts. These bases are now being instantly replaced upon being destroyed. No sooner does the old base teleport out than a new base is there again. Over and over and over again. Good job guys, you gave the community the tools to destroy the game.

I can't stress enough how immediate the need is to have this addressed and resolved. It has become an exasperating tactic for little nothing alliances to create, LITERALLY,dozens of new accounts and teleport them into hives to break them up. This is NOT adding any value at all to the game. These players ARE destroying servers and I WILL get iTunes to refund my purchases over this without a second thought or a glance backwards. Those extra accounts are just dropped and forgotten. Nobody is playing them.

Another issue with the rename is that if you use the item to change your player name your new name also updates on all private messages you have ever sent to other players. This means that you can't hide from anybody you have previously had private messages with. This is contradictory to the item's description of being able to hide your identity to escape your enemies. This is an issue that should be updated and resolved in the very near future. I have submitted a ticket to the development team concerning this issue.

Other strategy war games I have played have created special outposts and/or researches that allowed for a percentage of losses from attack and defense to be revived. We already have the med bay so 1 idea would be to eliminate the 100% revival of lost units (up to med bay maximum) and introduce opportunities for both combatants to revive lost personnel and equipment. The maximum should never be 100% unless a buff is in effect allowing for such. Another change that might be good would be to have units destroyed while reinforcing a teammate be completely lost to the owner of those units and revived at the rate of the player they are reinforcing in that players med bays. I don't expect either of these suggestions to be popular, but we need to start throwing ideas out there.

What is the absolute highest number of ally bases/outposts a single player is able to reinforce from their base? Just teammates, not counting the player's own outposts.

One of the things that really makes the game unbalanced is how freely people, especially those that invest a lot of money in the game, can teleport around the map. I really think it would be appropriate to balancing the game if there were a cool down period between when you can teleport. 
This would add more strategy and planning while also allowing players opportunities at retribution.
