Looks like there are skills missing for the steps "smelting", "weaving" etc.

hmmm, do u mean rolls that u get from rare equipment in dungeons?

 

Yes, exactly.

 

I thought the same myself when I first started when I was getting staves with melee stats and two handed weapons with range stats. But as I levelled up, I realise these mixed rolls allow for more hybrid classes.

 

Also with regards to shields. Normally they would be melee stats only, but with this random roll set up. It allows rangers and sorcery classes to wield them too, so giving players far more variations to their setup.

 

The random roll weapons make specific roll weapons a little more sought after and keeps things interesting when you see a mage using a two handed sword instead of a staff and likewise with a warrior hacking away with a staff. Also it would get boring if every weapon had the same rolls with only slight differences in the numbers associiated to the rolls.

I would like to suggest to keep random specs according to the weapon type only.

 

For example, a bow should have only ranged specs, a staff only sorcery specs and a melee weapon only melee specs.

 

Who would create a bow with melee specs?

Here's a question that bothers me:

 

Why is processing experience added to the gathering skill?

 

For example, when I weave cloth the experience is added to the farming skill.

 

Farming is growing and harvesting plants and not working with fabric to create cloth.

 

So my suggestion is to add processing experience to the crafting skill and not to the gathering skill.
