EU server booted people now its seems to be off line or at least unstable; US server still standing but some people report being booted from US server as well

I'm the backpack loaded up with things and knickknacks too--

But how can I upgrade it when I need it to be empty?  Geesh, there is no love for hoarders.  My bank is just as cluttered.  

So...is there a way they can be upgraded without having to empty them?  Also, can we please label our own backpacks so instead of it saying "large backpack" it would say "420 on my Pots" or something?

Another somewhat annoying thing is that when any of your friends go on/off the scroll bar resets to the bottom where the offline are. So I have to scroll to the top every single time I want to look at the friend's list

(Side note, there does appear to be a multi-story apartment building that has been under construction over in the Slums.)

Or make it so the troll drops ONLY wings and nothing else, that way it won't get tagged by the same players everytime it spawns

Another scenario I encountered I was just being helpful whilst on Alt someone was asking if someone was lvl 40 jewelery, which I asked them do they have the mats? but before I could say I'd have too hop onto Ant they started arguing with me that no you don't have that skill..

yes i wish that Alt charachter woud be showing on friendlist becouse now i get Hi Joe how is going and if i dont reply, you ignoring me Joe!? who on earth you are i have to look each  time at top list to see who is who becouse most of time i forgot alt names and people have many of them

You could set your computer to auto-lock (go to password screen) after 'x' minutes of being idle. That way she can't get into anything else on your computer either.
