think this has been said before but is there a chance we can increase vault size like we do with normal bp size, like gold to start or low ep then when bigger the same cost as bp costs 500ep. really is pain with the small size of the vault when i am making pots for alts and have to keep swapping or and pass thing's about.

asking for noobs to help when there's none to help?
i'd rather go with a buddy and get it done with to do fun stuff than waiting for an hour to help a newb who would just fuck up anyhow

#947571 A way to get people to play together more
Posted by ernzor on 04 September 2015 - 00:19
We need to get people to play together more, this is one way (thought of briefly so is rough around the edges) to perhaps do that, so that you can pass on your wisdom to others and find new friendships so that you can continue playing with others.
First of all, people all have a current goal of what they are working towards, and most of them involve flakes. So for this idea we will use flakes as a reward basis.
A new type of currency/point system will be needed to earn the flakes, perhaps 'synergy points' (SP).
Each complete run of a dungeon (dungeon mode) you do with a player earns you:
Boodocks - 1SP
Vault - 2SP
Ohdar - 3SP
SV/GC - 4SP
To3 - 5SP
TR - 6SP
BT/RG - 7SP
ASV/ARG - 8SP
ICC - 9SP
This is per players, so if you do a run of Vault with 4 new players, you would get 8SP.
However, you can only earn SP if you haven't done a dungeon run with that person (account wide) that week. There will be no caps on how many you can earn as that will discourage people from looking to group with new players.
These SP can then be used to buy flakes in a similar way to artisan points, at roughly the same ratio too, so over time you can earn the flakes you need this way.

#946338 World Boss Revamp
Posted by ernzor on 22 August 2015 - 23:30
The current World Boss loot is outdated, so why not update it.
Firstly instead of the chest with maximum 10 drops in it (depending on group size), why not change it to be like the event world bosses (wolf, dragon, PK) where everyone that participates gets a chest for the kill.
Secondly, get rid of the glims! Change the loot table to be something like 50% chance at defined gem. 20% chance at item. 10% chance at absolute gem. 10% chance at infernal flake. 5% chance at greater flake.
For the remaining 5% of the loot table add in a vanity set for each Boss, but vary the percentage for each piece dropping. So 2% feet, 1.5% legs, 1% arms, 0.4% body, 0.1% helm. These of course are bound on equip so they can be traded, and the rarer ones would provide a nice valued item to the economy for people to try to get.
Lastly, to go with those new vanity sets, add in achievements to equip the full sets so that people will have more incentive to go for them.
#939349 Proper tuning to shields...
Posted by HuMoR on 20 July 2015 - 02:09
rare lvl 45 shield 463 block..
heroic 45 shield 463 block
fabled 45 shield 463 block...?
lvl 47 fabled shield only 478 base block O-o? yet the jump from a lvl 43 rare shield to a lvl 45 fabled is like 28?
ok..so every single other class in the game, the base stats go up depending on rareness, making rarer items better state wise and attribute wise,so why does this not stay true to templars?
rangers...crossbows go up...
mages essences go up...
wars 2hs go up
sins 1hs go up...
then shields the true prime wep..it doesnt >_>
I guess what I'm saying is....give these shields a buff?

#935125 great fix for TA issue
Posted by Sator on 09 June 2015 - 19:20
Just an idea have random bosses spawn in TA that drop great loot but if one group tags it they are the ones who get the loot but if that group gets killed by boss or other players the tag goes away and the boss goes back to full health. ready to be taged again. yes this makes for a long and hard fight fighting the boss and other players but it will keep us busy for some great and awesome drops. everyone wants something hard just imagine troll dropping supreme gems like 4 at a time but not only do you have to tag the boss you have to kill it and fight off other players and having the boss go back to full health before new tag makes it a great challenge to all . also if you get killed and your in the group that has the tag and you are not resserected by another player you are held in a holding area until tag is lost or boss is dead to prevent re entry to keep tag

#919357 Item Link - Founder Items
Posted by Spirit on 13 February 2015 - 02:48
I think Founder Items should be it's own colour - as they are discontinued items. And so people know that these are categorized as "discontinued" - something that won't ever come back.
Some items share the same colour (white) with Founder's and it doesn't really make much sense if assuming that the items are in categories by rarity or item groups? Not really sure how it's grouped, but by rarity - it does need it's own colour.
One example is manure - being white. To be same colour as founder's is well amusing.
#919291 New chat tab for item links

The spam from these item links is quite annoying.
Any chance we can have a new tab for them to appear in?

#918150 Turn durability icon red when equipment breaks
Posted by Brioche on 04 February 2015 - 14:12
At the bottom left area, there are tiny notification icons that inform the player about certain information, like
- supporter options
- attribute points to spend
- talent points to spend
- FREE Eldevin points
- invite friends to play Eldevin
- low durability on equipment
I'm going to talk about this durability icon. Now, this icon first appears when any piece of equipment has 40% durability or less. However, many players opt to use repair kits when their equipment is at 0 or close to 0 durability in order to save on repair costs. The problem with this is that players may miss the red fade in/out message informing them that their equipment has broken, and carry on in dungeons without realising that their gear is broken.
My suggestion is for this icon to appear red whenever equipment breaks, as stated in the title. This would give players a constant visual cue that their equipment is broken, as opposed to a transient one that may be missed.
