All posts in these forums have been imported as "gothador_username" guests posts, when you merge in the relevant character you should reclaim ownership of your old posts. If you encounter any problems with this process please throw a ticket my way and I'll check it out.

Future game forums will be split in to sub-forums specific to the game.

However, we did not feel this necessary with Solar Fleet or Cow Play due to their relative low activity or Legacy which has its own internal forum system. The new Gothador forum however will have 7 sub-forums with content imported from its old phpBB forums. Fallen Sword and Sigmastorm 2 may have even more.

We've now merged in my personal game 'Legacy' that got me the job at Hunted Cow Studios. I've been working on it for over 7 years, so if you haven't checked it out already it is worth a look. You can make an account easily by going to your Accounts page and using 'Add Game'. I've just made a new tutorial similar to Fallen Swords to break new players in gently and I hope you enjoy it!

I'm still working on the merge process along with the game information displayed on the account page, it should start looking better soon. Gothador will merge next so expect to see a few of their players joining our community soon!

As we continue to merge our games in to the new site we're trying our best to address and fix any problems you may have. We are currently looking at the issue of our tokens (that are passed between sites to log you in to our games) do not work all the time when you're using 3G or other mobile internet providers.

We should get this fixed by the end of the day, next up to be merged in will be Gothador which will be slightly different as you can have multiple characters connected to one Hunted Cow account.

General Discussion forum is for just that, general discussion. Talk about whatever you like, as long as you're not referring people to other browser games we don't mind.

So anyone else getting this? Seems really fun and their video is hilarious.

All our games have now been added to the Hunted Cow portal and you may now merge your old game accounts in to new Hunted Cow global accounts.

When you go to the game from this site, using one of the links here you'll arrive with a token that identifies who you are. You'll then be given the option to either create a new account (usually just by filling out a game character name) or merge an old account.

If you merge an old account in to your Hunted Cow account future visits will simply log you in to that account on arrival.

What about my character name?
Names on our various games are unique to that site, the display name you pick here is just for the forums. So you'll get to keep your old name on any game we merge in to.

I made a new account instead of merging my old account!
Oops, you'll have to contact support using the bar at the top of our pages and ask them to remove your new accidentally created account so you can go back and merge your already existing account.

What if I have more than one account on a game?
Well, that's not allowed! Except on Gothador and Solar Fleet, when you arrive there you'll be asked which character you wish to login with and given the option to add more characters to your Hunted Cow account if you wish.

But my name on a game is different to my name here!
We know this can be confusing, but if you're in a games forum you'll see posters game details below their avatar to the left. We'll be adding more detailed profiles soon as well so you can see all the characters a player has.

But I don't want to merge my accounts!
Well aren't you grumpy, we'll be giving various incentives and rewards for doing so along the way and we think this new system is a vast improvement over the old segregated accounts, forums and support systems.

Feel free to post any other questions you have regarding merges here and I'll do my best to answer them!

While it is a decent looking page, I'm still concerned about quick access to the forums. I enjoy the current system: Sign in, one click to the topic of the day. If it's much more then this, I feel a lot of folk will by pass the forums, which allow lots of feed back that the developers (and they even listen!!) need and use.
Also, after looking at the herd at the top of the page: "I never saw a purple cow, I never hope to see one,.......There's four, count them, four, of the blinken' things staring at me!

Much better looking then the current fs forums, and the site looks awesome. Maybe soon you all will have the portion of the site so we can link our game accounts to the site, Just hope its not an issue if we play a different HCS game with a different user-name then another HCS game.

The forums will be moving over, it will be decorated like Fallen Sword though... like the other game forums we have right now.... and I like gloomy!
