HCS, could you please clean up this forum similar way as bugs forum is?

 

lock/remove threads where suggestions are not compliant with your development plans, bump ideas sent to to-do or nice-to-have lists.

 

to be honest, its 39pages of ideas here already. i'm sure its not only me who becomes lost in all that "trash".

Man, yesterday I've sent a message to a moderator of this section in order to discuss it with the other one's about cleaning this up. Having 2 Sub-Forums that has the Accepted & Denied one's.

all proposals and ideas in this forum has been given in good faith to help the game, i am sure all those players would appreciate small feedback (thread lock + "we do not plan such" comment). ;)

+1 Good idea. It'd be nice, because we would know when we have been noticed / acknowledged.

We do read pretty much every suggestion that gets thrown out there. We just don't like to give concrete answers because, while we may think something is a cool idea, we may find we don't have time to commit to it in the foreseeable future.

 

As for tidying up in here, we're not going to do anything immediately, but we are planning to revisit the idea of an Archived Suggestions forum, much like we have in the Bugs Forum where we can put threads and issues we feel have been dealt with. We can't do anything about it right away because nobody on the team really has time to curate it right now, but we'll certainly have a look at adding it once we get our next chunk of content/updates out of the way.

I don't know if the older players that normally post would like the idea but if anyone would like to support you you could give anyone that "sacrifices" himself permissions to "tidy" up the place...

 

it takes a lot of time to do it and you are busy we know but i believe there would be some players willing to help you.

The point here is that just about every new player that comes along makes the same suggestions that many of us have made.. Really it is not a matter of you all reading or implementing them.. But the fact that this area of the forums is a total mess.. And most do not even try to read what is here because of the mess... And most of us know that you all are very busy and don't have a large staff... Maybe even a Pinned Topic listing some of the more common ideas...
