They added guild achievements well over a year ago and people still haven't finished getting over 2 achievements (Unstoppable & Abracadabra) since they're so simple. In the other hand, we got these achievements to get 1,000,000 vermin's 250,000 invisible creatures? That's just ridiculous in my opinion and I'm pretty sure many would agree with me. 

I think the best option is to take those out and make the guild achievements system similar or almost the same as medals. For example, instead of killing 1,000,000 vermins, maybe just kill a total of 250,000 creatures of any kind.

 

List of suggested guild achievements/medals:

-win x amount of conflicts

-gain x amount of guild levels

-capture x amount of relics

-hold relics x amount of days

-secure x amount of titan drops (getting over 50% damage)

-buy x amount of RP items

-x amount of FSP deposited into guild

-be top 25 guild for x amount of days

-be top 25 or 50 richest guild for x amount of days

-

If it was easy it wouldn't be an achievement so they are fine

My point is that these achievements are pointless... They will take over 3 or 4 years to achieve the vermins or invisible creature achievements unless people go for them which i doubt anyone will do.

They give guilds something to work towards as a team but in reality, all the achievements are "pointless".  How would yours be better than those currently offered?

How can a guild work together to get 1 million vermin kills?????? think about it, u can actually go for 200 conflict wins or so. who is going to waste their stamina to kill vermins strictly when they might not even gain xp from them... you're making no sense right now.

The achievements are fine as they are. Could there be a few more added, sure, but there is no need to take out any of them.

I propose a GvG one something like 100 wins in a row with 0 ties and 0 losses or it resets

wouldn't be an achievment if it weren't that hard eh? the harder the achievement the more prestige and satisfaction for getting it

I have to say I may have been thinking the Guild Medals was more Acheivements for guilds when I voted for it on the roadmap, lol. I do think it would be fantastic to see a few new Guild Acheivements added to the game.

I don't know who, but I know a guild already have 'Eagle Eyes', but I forget the name.

Those two you mention are not bad, my guild is close to 1M vermins and 250K invisible.

The problem is with 'Strong Together', 50.000 group kills is a crazy number. TED is not a small guild, and the Advisor shows 16K groups created since 2006 (some people leave, I know), and we are at 9% towards that Achievement yet lol

Fragment farmers.  Not the most efficient way of gaining fragments but for the sake of the guild I go out and slaughter vermin for fragments occasionally. Last I looked my guild was somewhere around 23% of the way there. Long ways to go but there is a light at thend of the tunnel. (Of course it may be an oncoming train :)  )

I know you guys are busy with PvP updates, then adding more content, but after that is settled ... could we add another 5 guild achievements so we have stuff to do when were waiting on other projects to get completed? I think this would be a really fun / engaging thing to add. Not sure it would take a lot of coding since some guild achievements already exist.

 

Bumping this dead thread to get some life into guild achievements again.

btw, I posted about the 'Stronger Together' achievement at 28/feb/2014 (9%), now is 04/sep/2015 and we have 13,9% towards it.


I know those achievements are supposed to be hard to achieve, but that one in particular is IMPOSSIBLE, would be great if we could have that number tweaked to 10K +/-.

well adding MORE ACHIEVEMENTS is what I was really posting about. If they add more achievements several months from now, then we aren't going to be getting retroactive credit on them most likely. So wouldn't it make more sense to get a few of the best ideas and implement them right away. This gives EOC players something to do / another guild activity to bring everyone together on (aka more logging in / activity). 

 

Or do we want a game where people only log in for events / new content / the occasional titan / gvg?

 

Suggetions: 

 

1) Do 1000 Successful GvGs + 500 Successful Defend GvGs as a guild

 

2) Kill 500 Super Elites as a guild

 

3) Get a guild combined 1,000,000 kill streak as a guild

 

4) Invent 500 items as a guild

 

5) Get All guild mates to qualify for crystal league at least 5 times as a guild

 

6) Steal 50M Gold from other guilds as a guild.

 

7) Kill other types of Monster Classes for X amount of kills

 

Those were just the ones that came to mind right away. but i'm sure the community could come up with even more.
