Same as always, I assume. Saves your XP, not your gold. Though my "assumption" is that gold hits are relegated to normal PvP since that isn't changed. In other words, those that seek gold in their range may continue to do so. There's only an extra prize if your target "happens" to be holding gold.
I might stick to lowest league to "hopefully" smack those hoarding gold (o0

Not exactly... you could be bountied by the system... but it still seems unclear on what you will lose.
HCS? Can you explain a bit better how the bounty system will change? Seriously, it's not very clear. I'm "assuming" min XP loss still applies, but a lot of us have expressed doubts on what exactly is necessary for a "clear".
A general read of the post, "suggests" that it's a one "50 stam" hit... but I have trouble believing that.
