I'm just curious what people do online, besides playing FS. If you want to, feel free to let me/us know

 

Also... what is your favorite device to surf on? PC? Mac? Console? Phone? Tablet?

YouTube, inappropriate things, other online games, and sometimes work.

Like you, I'm almost always online. Majority of the time via an iPhone.

I play on my little laptop.  Oh it's a pc. I like.

 

I play other games, read whatever news stores along with real news, watch youtube, play in email and on social media sites.

 

I just made myself a twitter account to see what kind of funky birds are out there screeching about this, that, or something else.

 

I spend time napping because cancer treatment takes a lot out of me.

 

Other than that I'm off somewhere doing something.

Besides that I use my Lenovo Y700-17ISK as a study & workhorse, I have a direct line to the company I work for so I can do some work from home.

 

This game is the only game I play, Im too busy to have any other kind of distraction

 

I use my comp as a a trade hub with everything meticulously documented, all the stuff I sold, the stuff I bought, Everything is digitalized, encrypted and archived like I had OCD or somthing

 

My computer is full of Software that I might or might not need, like, need to check your car status, sure mate, I got ya covered I have this 400 Dollar software right here to run an analysis on your car & or fix your controller unit from my laptop by an USB cable.

 

Need to repair your computer or fix hard drives, migrate OS, Fix OS etc etc., yeh I have the stuff on here.

Need Discontinued Microsoft software, uh yer in luck I have a folder for that too.

Need to do some design work, Ahhh seems like I have just the photoshop you need.

I need to use Visio for my new workplan architecture, sure thing dont mention it.

 

That Laptop feels like having a sportscar in IT terms. Great Display, even greater performance (as of now), sleek in design and great for whatever job I use it for, except gaming cuz the display was made in mind for graphic designing or watching films/etc.  Playing a FPS on this will give you a hard time reaction time wise with it 34ms reaction time of the display

 

 

But here are my specs of my notebook which I got 1 year ago for a whooping 800 Dollars

(Cuz I work in IT & am in charge of sales and get specul prices *wink wink*)

I play FS and Legacy and Words With Friends. All on my tablet, using my phone as a hotspot. Unless I'm away from home, then I do the exact same thing, except then I just use my phone.

Oh, and I listen to music via YouTube red while I do my housework.

I keep up with the news online, play a couple of small games while waiting for stam, and I love to read top ten lists. I look for weird stories also. Watch YouTube, and listen to music. I use my pc for all my online activities.

I am in the same boat. Watch to much questionable content. When I am online and not doing something I shouldn't be doing anyway. I play FS. It's the only game I play. I no longer have a comp.. So I am playing from my phone

The large majority of my online time is spent working. 

 

As far as surfing, I prefer body surfing. 

 

This means the ocean and just you... none of that silly board caca. 

 

No need for destroying "something" to ride a wave.

me too.. lol... I bought an iPad Air a while back, because I wanted to get over my "phobia" of it, but it just reaffirmed it, so I gave it to my best friend's kids. They are a couple of my "god kids", so now I am thinking I should get one for all my other "god kids" too, but I won't, cuz I don't LIKE iPad... I might just get them all an android each in a while.... lol

I play games, a LOT of games....... Fallout 4, Saints Row franchise, Skyrim, Viscera Cleanup Detail, Left 4 Dead 2, Dishonored 1+2, Overlord Raising Hell, FEAR 3, Outlast, Portal 1+2, Spore, SIlent Hill Homecoming, Trove, Total War, Bioshock, Worms franchise, Borderlands franchise, Loadout, Ori and the blind forest, Painkiller Hell & Damnation, Watch Dogs, Killing Floor 2, some of Tom Clancy's games, TERA, EverQuest, Metro 2033 Redux, The WItcher 3, Orcs must die, Dead island, H1Z1, Deadpool, Mirror's edge, Anno 1404, Sims 3, Banished, Civilization, etc etc etc.... I currently own around 850 games, I'll stop listing them... lol.... Fallensword is my number one though, I've played this game FAR more than ANY other game,... lol..... and I listen to music, blog a bit, play around with graphics, write stories, research subjects that interest me, read some news sites, a LOT of science sites, watch friends play games on various live-streams, mostly through steam....  and shop... and pay my bills... I'm not much for social media, but most things you can do online, I have probably tried at least once.

 

I prefer to play on one of my laptops, but I also use a tablet and my phone to log in on FS a lot.

This is the only game I play. Leveling is done on my PC,most everything else on a tablet. I also browse predator hunting websites. Working a lot means I spend most of my online time for fun stuff, nothing too serious.

I do a lot of school work online. My CIT classes have about 20-25 hours worth of work that needs to be completed weekly on blackboard. 

 

I do some casual gaming on steam and fs.

 

I research things that interest me and sometimes find myself browsing for hours.
