The game doesn't appear to be down. Can you tell us what issues are occurring for you?

The sign in page for support shows up (probably cached on my end) but after I log in it goes to a blank page.

All fallen sword cluster lights are in the green. (Literally we have a display with green lights)

Probably some network problem between yourselves and fallen sword. The guide however does appear to be down, we're looking in to fixing that now.

I repeated this from 2 different computers and 2 different IPs.

I checked my computer settings. everything was good.

I checked my router settings. everything was good.

Can you try again now and see if you are still getting the caching failure?

Also, can you possibly try flushing your DNS cache to see if that resolves the connection issue on your PC? (Go to command prompt and type in 'ipconfig /flushdns' without the quotes).

Cleared dns, still can't connect.

Connected on another pc, with different internet earlier today.

Not sure if it matters, but it's a satellite internet connection I'm having trouble with. Maybe it's timing out? Have always connected before, and the connection seems no slower today than normal.
