Past few weeks the icons for cults and class have not been loading. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep, all the icons are broken almost. I saw a couple low level angel icons, but other than that.. it's all knackered. Maybe by christmas they'll remember the game exists and fix that

Yeah, it is quite annoying.

 

Ticket is only at 13.5 days old with no acknowledgement though. . .

Of course they know about it and chose to ignore it. After a week of inaction I complained about that in the general problem list. Within minutes grim answered that I should not complain on multiple lists and closed and locked the ticket there.

It's quite amazing that they cannot be bothered to fix a broken folder link and worst, continue to ignore tickets. It badly affects the playability of the game. Having played this game on and off since its creation, I am very dissappointed that HCS continue to take subs and do not pay any attention to their customers when things go wrong.

It makes me wonder, how threads can stay active about problems hindering players for several months at a time and be totally ignored. But within just a couple of minutes in another forum section they get instant attention.  The problem doesn't get fixed mind you, but the thread gets attention suddenly. 

 

I generally don't like to make comparisons, but... if this were any other online company, you could legally request compensation for lack of service. Here you just get scolded lately and then go back to being ignored.

Can someone at HCS please update us on the situation? Is a server down? Is Hoof or someone trying to fix the issue?

What certainly is way way down is our hope that hcs is even looking at trying to fix the issue.

What's so difficult with restoring a number of gif's? Most of them you can copy from the wiki.

Thank you. Looking better but are the cult icons able to be recovered or do we need to re-do them ourselves?

I'll ask Hoofmaster about that but if they were custom icons you could upload yourself, it might be better to redo them yourselves.

Impossible. Both Logo and Symbol both jpg with the correct size just give: failed.
