Thanks and yes, about half a cake still. I'm lactose intollerant so it is a forbidden pleasure - been eating slivers of it for 3 days now.
I'm thinking about what to have for my brunch and a chicken cordon bleu sandwich seems to be winning the debate at the moment.
(the sandwich won.) roast chicken, honey ham, melted smoked provolone on that same homemade sour dough and lightly toasted with a touch of mustard and mayo
