Hey, I just wanted to run a little poll to see what you guys think of our progress on the Global Event. I don't need any rants or such here, there's a different thread for that. I just wanted to see what you guys predict.

 

I'm at 1877 kills so far, but I can probably get to 3k when I go again. As for the community, at this rate I think we'll reach Gold, and maybe we can get Crystal. Ruby is looking a bit off in the distance at the moment, but who knows? Maybe more people who have been saving up will join in. I haven't run any math based on the number of kills and the time passed so this is just speculation.

Don't believe we gonna reach even crystal this time, but gold is more than enough for me =P

Already done 7.000 kills, and i'm almost full stamina waiting for chests to do a hunt tomorrow, hoping to reach lvl 700 on that hunt =P

Yeah Crystal might be a stretch. Just started hunting them again, I'll get 2k, maybe 3.

Hunted dragons till gold tier chest then sat around gaining stamina if it gets close I'll contribute more for crystal but from the looks of it golds as far as it's going =P

No it hasn't - it's achieved GOLD .. there's approx 2.5 million more kills to make for crystal ...

According to my rough estimate we are going to be around 500 - 600 thousand kills (give or take a few thousand) short of crystal tier this time.

Hopefully not - if the targets aren't met, then there's no-one to blame but ourselves ...

Didn't the target grow by a large amount?...its not really fair to set a goal that is impossible to obtain :]

wasnt hard to get just to many decided the awards werent good enuff to waste thier precious stam

The goal isn't impossible, we've had Globals where we, as a community, have hit 20+ million

It was very achievable from the start. The min/maxing players who used the minimal amount of stamina to get the best return on investment rather than taking that step further to get more kills for the community are the key reason behind the 18 million not being reached.

 

The target was very reachable. It's not the cows fault it was not met, it's the players/community who are at fault.
