Maybe, just maybe if you had started this game when it was barely months old, and had watched it progress from what it was originally to what it is now, AND had helped numerous players in the game you would feel different. Since you ARE new and haven't put forth much effort into the game, your opinion doesn't count for much in my book.

I see no problem with that. A medal to celebrate each year anniversary that I've been playing is nice to see. Seeing how you are a level 8 with no medals whatsoever... I can see why you would be strongly against this idea.

I remember FSP going for 10kish gold on the marketplace, when "GvGs" were delevel party wars, the server "clusters" and the fun times of outages, when the first super-elites were released upon the world, when there was no such thing as "Epic" items, the bans for gold and FSP duping, actually selling my doubler x4 buff for more than 5k gold... and much more

I helped many players rise from the single to triple digit levels where at which point my guild was impeding their progress and eventually have them move on. I'm a bit older than you think... in fact, gomez, you started playing AFTER me. I'll leave it at that.

I WISH I didn't have to make a new one. Problem is my password is a random assortment of characters I copy pasted to log in. On top of that I wiped my drive so I lost that text file. Not a problem except somehow that email became accused of spamming from Microsoft, I can't fix THAT because I switched mobile phone carriers so I am unable to confirm I am the owner, and I am not even in my home country...

That account has been rotting ever since I stopping playing a looong time ago.

Sounds like a personal problem that you need not to bring all of us into. Submit a ticket to HCS about your problems. And Izzy said, BUSTED!

Be nice to have a medal for each year, but rather than having to add extra tiers maybe just change the annual service medal image, so the medal stays the same with a (1) (2) (3) etc in the middle of it

Then contact Support. Do not make new accounts as that is against the User Agreement.

Back to being on topic, I still think we just need to be patient until Hoof gets back unless  BG decides to create some new medal tiers for us.
