Normally I am able to just open the Eldevin client, and my account is already  authenticated. However, within the last 2 hours or so, the client (opened through steam) just stays at the loading screen saying "Authenticating". If this is just due to maintenance please excuse this post, but is anyone else playing through steam having this problem? I also get a message sometimes that says "GBApploader quit unexpectedly" and the client quits. (Playing on a Macbook Pro, i know, i apologize)

I press play and it says 'you are not logged in' , have tried through steam, web browser and downloaded client and its just stuck.

Have cleared caches, logged out of website and back in, logged in and out of steam and nothing has worked.

 

It was working fine 5 hours ago.

I am having the same problem as well. I have tried using the browser version as well as the steam version. The only work around I have found (this is not a work around that lets me access my own account but it does let me get into the game with a new account) is to start the "jbloader" and then create a new account and log in using it. But this still doesnt help me access my own account and im really excited to try this title more.

I am also having this same problem. It was working fine earlier today but for the past hour it hasn't been working.

Tryed: Reinstalling, disableing AV, run as administrator. Nothing is working.

Same problem and I don't use steam. Sometimes I wonder why I pay into and support a game that in my case seems to be down more than it's up.

 I've only played about a month, but according to steam have clocked up 260 hours and this is the first time it's been down for me.

same hear, It's never been down for reasons other than my defective modem killing my internet.
