This week, we'll be releasing the long awaited update to Guild Conflicts which will include the following changes:


[*:d3ryo2nc]Change level range to the following:

[*:d3ryo2nc]25 - 300 (+/- 25)
[*:d3ryo2nc]301 - 700 (+/- 50)
[*:d3ryo2nc]701+ (+/- 100)[*:d3ryo2nc]Require more than 1 participant by limiting the amount of attacks that can be done by a single attacker to 25. This restriction is not placed on defenders.
[*:d3ryo2nc]Change Guild RP gained for winning/drawing as follows:
50 Attacks

[*:d3ryo2nc]If attacker wins: Attacker gains 10 Guild RP
[*:d3ryo2nc]If it is a draw: Defender gains 5 Guild RP
[*:d3ryo2nc]If defender wins: Defender gains 10 Guild RP75 Attacks

[*:d3ryo2nc]If attacker wins: Attacker gains 15 Guild RP
[*:d3ryo2nc]If it is a draw: Defender gains 8 Guild RP
[*:d3ryo2nc]If defender wins: Defender gains 15 Guild RP100 Attacks

[*:d3ryo2nc]If attacker wins: Attacker gains 20 Guild RP
[*:d3ryo2nc]If it is a draw: Defender gains 10 Guild RP
[*:d3ryo2nc]If defender wins: Defender gains 20 Guild RP[*:d3ryo2nc]Each guild that completes all attacks gains 2/3/4 Guild RP (based on 50/75/100 Attacks).
[*:d3ryo2nc]Make the cost a fixed amount to initiate a Guild Conflict.[/list]
As well as this we've also been working on a new mobile interface to Fallen Sword. It won't have all the features of the game available in the first release, but we hope to be able to let you try it out within the next couple of weeks!

Great news!!!

But I hope they will be other changes to GvG and that this is only the beginning.

I think one attacker should be allowed to do all hits no matter if they are attacker of defender

Looking forward to it and great to hear:) Any Idea when the bounty board and PvP hits will be finally tweaked? Not swaying off topic, just hoping it isn;t forgotten ;)


Also, How will gvg rating work? For the top Rated ranking?

Just wondering...

So what if a guild with two lowest members of level 340 initiates on a guild with a couple of members at 295 (that guilds highest)

How is the defending guild meant to fight back?

How is it done at the edges of the level ranges (so around level 300 and level 700)?
Will level 300 players be able to attack level 275-325 players while level 301 players are allowed to attack level 251-351 players?
That way a level 301 can attack a level 262 player without having to worry about getting hit back by the same player. This can easily be exploited... :roll:
Or will there be some kind of cap around the edges of the ranges so that you can only hit players that can also hit you back? :D

Best part of all of these changes, We defend all our GvG and this rewards those who actually care. I also love the change where 1 player cant do all the hitting, it is a guild effort after all.

It would still be nice to see space for 1-player GVG attacks. Otherwise players in traditionally non-GVG guilds can't even try it out without moving guild. Allowing a maximum of 50 hits (or up to one player able to do 50 hits) and then giving an RP incentive to 75 and 100 hit conflicts (e.g. 8/15/20 RP for 50/75/100 hits) would move things the way you want to without leaving some of us behind.

I like all of it except I feel a Defender should gain more RP for a win then just being equal with an attacker. Also there should be a minimum number of active members, otherwise I think you are on the right track.

Requiring one more player to attack in gvg's isn't going to force anyone to leave guilds. Players can try gvg out with a guild mate or guild mates, which is how it SHOULD be. They can team up and blitz a bunch of guilds. If players want RP, then they will gvg.This promotes even more teamwork within a guild. Which is a good thing in my opinion.

Defender don't pay anything and they get all the extra RP on retaliation? Nope, doesn't sound like a good thing to me. Splitting RP, good. Give everything to the defensive side, bad.
