By the way, Attunement looks like it doesn't work.
I use it (level 50) today and check from my 2k+ energy hunt.
Nothing changed.
Nothing happened.

IS it " post first then fix next " ??
Because I'm not sure I need to max it or not.

I'm not sure what you expected to see with the attunement?

At level 50, it would give you 7.5% to set bonus, so if the bonuses on purist 190 HK set are similar to the mutant set I'm looking at, that would increase att/dam with +7, any other set(s) would be lower even, so I wouldn't expect it to make enough difference over all for you to notice it, really, just a little help

That is because I check that before and after the skill activated.
Nothing happened.
So I am curious about the description of Attu. skill.
For all my 5 stats, attack-defense-armor-damage-HP, even +1 can't be seen.

were you wearing a set? it is set bonus gain.

Yes Cent, I wore level 210 and 160 sets.
Everything on me are for Purist, with 2 FULL SETS !!
