Removing the ability to Bounty a PvP Ladder attack is something I've been thinking about. If enough people want it, I don't see why not. It might be a relatively easy tweak, unlike the rest of the suggestions.

Player interaction has always thrived in skype rooms where there is no censorship or control other that your choice to be there or not.
Having a game chat without a choice to be or not be there will cause some to play less and others to play more.
It will also cause players to be banned and players to report anyone who they dislike for the most minor reasons.
Given Hcs is already a low staff high workload environment how do you think they will handle 1000 more tickets a day ?
