Tonight, I cooked some fresh collard greens with bacon, fried up a mess of chicken and made some whipped potatoes topped with grated cheddar cheese and gravy. We had frozen yogurt for dessert.... No pic, my roomie and I scarfed it all up before I thought about it.

got my self a slow cooker, trying beef stew for the first time!! smelling good already

Making old fashioned white corn tacos with all the trimmings on the side. Yes I do chicken and beef tacos and left overs goes to taco salad giggles.
