that was before the event...i did those all day and made more than i was allowed during to days offer.

I did the eHarmony offer about 9 hours ago and it still hasn't paid out. Please sort this out as I basically just paid money for nothing. It's not very encouraging knowing that I just wasted money. Thanks

If an offer doesn't pay out, you'll need to contact the support for that advertiser; there will be a link somewhere on each page.

According to the Fallen Sword Reward terms and conditions, if your account is not credited, we are to contact Fallensword support. I just expected them to answer my ticket by now as the office has been open for a couple hours.

Uhm Does the Casino Rewards work? they say 48 hours, and one has to dump down there 10 euro in order to get rewarded, Anyone tried that offer yet and can confirm that it works? 1600 fsp for 10 euro is quite the steal.

Triple rewards mean nothing if there are no rewards to do.
That's down to the advertisers, not us I'm afraid.
I just expected them to answer my ticket by now as the office has been open for a couple hours.
I'll remind you that Support aims to answer tickets within 48 hours. Please be patient.

The eharmony ones a scam iceman lol. I sent a ticket in with my comfirmation number and all and they awknolwedged it. But they went on to tell me they won't credit my account...Someone's definetly getting a refund *This guy*. Don't wait longer than 24 hours for a response just get your money back. If it's been less than 3 days you can.

Cyrus - that changed with a major update to the rewards pages quite some time back. (It might have been the same time as the move to shards.) The official line now is that we contact HCS and they deal with the advertisers (as is implicit in BG's subsequent post).
(PS I'd still like to know if anyone else in the UK is getting any supersonic videos)

Incorrect. If you contact us, we'll tell you how to contact the Advertiser. It's them you'll have to talk with.
And yeah, I'm seeing Supersonic videos.

Ah - I read more into that change. We used to be told to go direct, so when the revised pages told us to contact HCS in the first instance I figured there was a bit more mediation involved.
Having said that, they have all been much more reliable since then, so I've never felt the need to follow things up
And yeah, I'm seeing Supersonic videos.
So I wonder if that is one of the miracles the SNP is able to work in Scotland these days 
(I'm in England) or whether I've done something funny to my internet security systems

I'm wondering the same question... My eharmony has yet to pay out.. Also, I've done a few easy one for 10-20k shards that require me to sign up for insurance quotes. After i was done (entered email and all that nonsense) I still have not received my payment... When I contacted support, they told me to send a screenshot of a confirmation email.. An email that they never sent...

I have to give an email to the company's support to hopefully get the shards I was promised.. Does this have to be the same as my HCS email? If so then I will refuse due to the spam nature of what I've experienced with giving my email to shard rewards before..

TrialPay can take a few days to credit as some of the offers need verified - if you submit a support ticket to them but don't get it resolved please let us know and we'll do our best to help
