Buying recruits pack cats ears.... seem to be missing these from my collection if anyone has them

I was sent a link to the wiki that showed a tooltip screen shot of them so just assumed they were in the game

 

Otherwise I really hope additional vanity isn't added to the current recruits/champ packs but a new pack introduced ... otherwise I am going to end up with so many doubles of vanity I already have trying to get 1-2 items
