More than the obvious effect of plummeting Epic prices, which is not objectively good or bad, but rather a matter of opinion.  It creates a 'jackpot' effect.  In a very real sense, it is high stakes gambling (for FS anyway).  You are risking far more than the FSP lottery that was removed long ago.  With, say 2 sets of ingredients for any given epic, you could end up with 2 epics, or 8.

Omacaz is a relatively expensive lottery ticket.

It's not even that it's a really expensive lottery ticket. If you've got enough capital to invest into epics, there's no way you'll make a loss. The save rate on the Omacaz is just so high that it's basically impossible to lose money if you use enough items. This effect is compounded even further on the gnarled scarab epics, as mentioned above. Sure, it might not be worth it with 2-3 rings/necklaces, but if you're inventing 10, 20, even 30 ... the profit skyrockets as the individual cost of using the potion per epic decreases and the amount of things saved increases.

I think it can be lottery ticket for poor players who are wishing to save from few inventions... but a win button for rich player who can do mass inventions...

FREE EPICS FOR EVERYONE!!!!

Who wants to spend real money on a free game anyways. This stuff should be accessible for everyone if they want it.

There are pros and cons to omacaz

The positive thing is that a lot of the components used to invent has gone up. Things like RP items.  Gorgons went for around 250 just a week ago and now are back up at 300 at least.  Destroyer potions are another example and much more. Also things get a little cheaper so everyone can buy them. Jabberwocks set for example use to cost over 500 FSP AT LEAST but has gone down to an affordable price for players. Wasting over 60$ worth of fsp on one set isn't exactly worth it to me unless your stinking rich which most of us are not

Cons: Yes a lot of stuff has been reduced and cut down by a lot. And  yes some items are overflowing

And also anything that can be continued to be  farmed throughout the year is bound to get cheaper anyway

Just my 2 cents into this topic

The aspect of one set running $60USD is what is absurd to me. Nothing in the game is actually worth that much. That, and it didn't make as big of a dent in prices as last time, as most have returned to normal... Just shows that complaints were overblown.
