That's how I understood it and submitted my entry Chagryn, figured it was that way as height is the first option on any new canvas.

making my entry a little late in the game. But is this 500 height and 300 wide like a movie poster would be?

sorry I haven't been checking in. this week was a little crazy for me with a disability hearing that involved a couple hundred miles of travel. Lovely fun - that killed my back for a few days. Couple it with some anxiety and panic issues and I was a real joyful person. I feel like a real putz for having an elevator shatter me but like a friend said, it makes more sense than spiders!

Went up 6 flights in a glass elevator. I'm claustrophobic, and I also have a very severe fear of heights. (I panic when I'm less than a foot off the ground, can't climb stairs or bleachers that you can look through. Ladders and even single step step-stools are out of the question) Looking at these photos my friend who does my driving took are actually enough to start setting off my triggers.

I went down the 6 flights on my butt via the stairs because my legs can't handle that sort of activity but I was too terrified of the elevator after the ride up. That made my back and legs worse but after feeling like I was having a heart attack on the ride up... I'll take the back pain.

Hey I have severe claustrophobia as well, and while my acrophobia isnt as bad as yours, I completely understand what that must have been like. Panic attacks often feel like heart attacks so its likely you had one after that hellish elevator ride.

I do not have any fears that effect me that bad but, I understand the disabling effects of panic attacks and severe pain. I keep Valium in my purse just for those occassions (panic attacks, not pain..lol). If you need help with anything, let me know. In the end this is just a game, and people can wait. Take care of yourself first!

Just a note to anyone that doesn't feel like entering: DO IT.

The most important thing in graphics (imo) is practice. Get critiqued on your work, and help yourself improve. And besides, if you don't enter, that's a wasted entry fee!

the votes got totaled then the entry's got 5,3,1 for each group determined by the total votes per round ,and then added together. in the case of a tie the numbers got added then split.

Zukira says: added up, then a 1 3 or 5 was assigned according to raw score in each set. (I had meant to put the limiting factor in on round 1 like I did round 2) if there was a tie either on high or low I took the sum of the high or the sum of the low and divided it evenly between the two

example: Athdenald Round 1 + Round 2 (4 + 1) = 5


/e some very disappointing entry's for round 3...

That couldn't mean any less to me, I'll wait until the contest has finished before finding out the final scores. :-/

Edit: I've figured it out now I've woken up....Coming in last in the last round really messed up my scores :? Hopefully this round will make up for it.
