My Suggestions is a Global event that incorporates a Titan.
( Not all titans or all the seasonal titans, that's separate read above, this is clearly different )
 
You work together with the community to reach tiers that have separate rewards,
you can contribute a minimum or a "maximum"  it's up to you, rewards are all ( again ) based on tiers yourself and the community achieve collectively. Besides the Top 100 which in every Global events gets a bonus due to a great effort.
Like all globals, this is bound no trading or any AH ext. 
 
 
If you have any misunderstanding ask someone you know to read this and clarify for you, also if someone has " guts " to say something it means that others are afraid and fear me or my suggestions and that I am hostile towards indinviduals.

It's probably towards the developments staff for closing other topics, again,

I had two-word documents with revisions and expansion of this idea/ concept.
Rewards and contributions modifications with unique future upgrading per past comment suggestions and others: however, due to all the misunderstanding, ignorance, and hostility, you can't please everyone, so the development team ATA can feel free to contact me personally since due to all the art and coding it might need a specific team and interest.

I think this idea has merit, it is well thought out, and like the recent ideas for global PvP events, would actually make a nice kick-off for the release of the app.... A kind of global festival

These ideas are good. And going in the correct direction for the game.

@UnCola, I still think the designation should be changed as they're not Titans as such.   Maybe if they had their own classification, it would minimize the debate?

Debating in its original essence is fine, but they bring back things that are not going to happen ( and were told its not happening).  Then through ignorance and misunderstandings claim this is a similar topic to past topics to spark a controversial forum war since those topics were"rejected" "debunked." Pick one, can't think of better words but these will do.

i think it is one of the better ideas floating around at the moment as well ,its just a shame that some seem to destroy all ideas that come up by claiming this or he said this and she did that ,(sounds like pre school)
 So big thumbs up to cola on this idea hope that bg and hoof can see past the nonsense and realise  that this event could actually work .We all know the "APP" is main focus ,but maybe somewhere in a little corner of there offices they can start scribbling down some thoughts on this and the dq re roll .

OK great idea change the name of the "Titan's" to  "Wandering Boss" " Devious Dictator " " Info Gatherer "  there are a lot of other possibilities for the names . Because maybe they are not "Titan's" after all but impersonators testing the world defenses for later chaos and anarchy ..

How about mythical creatures.. gear being "Mythic " and the color being like a ice blue or an off color not used for other colors of gear??
