An option to get a key from X amount of event dailies like the cards in valentines event would have been nice.

Issue is fact that mount cost 2k unwraped eggs and key cost 2500 unwraped eggs.

time take get 2500 eggs personly buy mount sell it for around 1k EP - Key cost 150 EP - 2k egg buy 6 keys vs gathering 2500 eggs for 1 key, Curent ratio from key vs mount not good.

 

Key cost 500 eggs more or less better option then current cost.

@ 500 EA = 5 keys for most part much better mean get key open eggs vs spending 150 EP yet alone gathering so many eggs when mount is probly key item gather so many eggs for start with.

 

Time take gather eggs even if get 2 eggs per min 120 egg per hr at current ratio need 14 hr's of gathering get 1 key far to long - event at 500 each looking at 4hr's or so get 1 key more = ratio compared to other events.

 

Simple:

change cost of eggs for key to 500 eggs vs current price 2500

Add small chance obtain key from Daily quest

Change amount keys get from 1 to 5 keep cost same

I know it may be fruitless to compare other games and while I still want to be more positive about this game I do feel a little more effort in events as in tweaking them from what worked and didn't work from year to year would be nice.   after all game events are supposed to be a nice way to thank the players and give them something fun to do that's different then the over all game stuff.

 

Rewards are supposed to be just that.

 

 Rewards for participating in the game event.  

 

While I'm not saying HC shouldn't have an option in the store to purchase a key or chest during events ( actually I think they should re-direct this idea to events mean fun and rewards for all if they are participating in it, like quests to obtain said item ( making it reasonable like a daily for that) and several options as to what the rewards are so obviously something like a mount takes more effort ( which you have however the key and amount of keys for eggs, is ridiculously unbalanced) I feel like they are just throwing it at us with no effort involved at thinking how this works as an event.

 

In a game I played the events were actually memorable ( to a point, some better then others ofc).  I can say this. they really put an effort into it.   There was more then one activity to participate in giving players a choice to do all or some but they all gave free rewards if accomplished.   

 

they had a cash shop and this is where they made money of course.

honestly I think HC should consider just adding some new items in cash shop instead of trying to get us to spend ep on keys, cards and chests at events.  

 

I know events really is probably the lower priorities on the list for both HC and players however every little improvement made and thrown at us gives us some hope HC is not going to give up on this gem of a game.

 

I know there was a post few weeks past about they are still working on stuff to let us know they are still around but can really be hard to tell now.

 

I have a guildmate who has been stuck on OC server for nearly a month now.  He sent in tickets and still no reply.  An issue like that should be addressed asap.   off topic but seriously that should be looked into as I know it can be fixed if HC would just reply to his ticket.

Last summers event was tweaked a lot during the actual event, actually  thought the balance after the final hotfix was very good.

I've noticed even a lot of the negative feedback is disappearing. Each month a certain amount of regulars just give up on hope and leave. I can't really  blame them. I ponder if we're actually waiting for no future.
