Actually the level 35 set does not have same stats as the level 30 set. I show a single example (gloves).
Each piece will increase armor rating, plus there is some level of stat increase.
Imo the differences are a bit insignificant to the fact that you either have to pay EP or a lot of gold for the gems.
For me to get all new gems or remove the ones that i have in my level 30 set, the level 35 set would need to have much bigger differences.

ok i will give you that they have different armor values but other than that every item has same stat bonus's between the two sets with the exception of the helm you get +2-3 in each stat lol
also should note the armor difference between them add's a very minor amount of actual defense
no longer playing so feel free to ignore more (if i even post) just do still follow forums so MAY comment from time to time.
