Theres some quest called Fire Spirit in Varo Dungeon 3 (6,8), but it isn't on the guild of wisdom.

Plus it does nothing for me when I land on it.

thast unusual in that its a marked sq thats 1/2 way through a quest

I know I'm posting a lot, but just going off of sheer logic, since it's a NaGathian creature, quest start location might be in the Labrinth. I'd go check myself, but I can't seem to find my keys...

Well, we know so far that the heart is a Bar, used for forging, that one's pretty straight forward.

The eye is unrefined as an ore, so there would theoretically have to be a way of smelting it

The rest are all mixers, which I would imagine there would be a note for somewhere.

Just my annalysis of things
