No, everyone will have access to player cast core skill Entity Seeker then. Putting out a stim that dominated it would be horrible imo (Intensifier - hint hint cows). Why have skills?
cos i doubt that everyone can afford 15000+ for a level 200 entity seeker and will be willing to pay less to get a player to cast a lower level on them... Its a high level and you pay for the premium...

mk3 scavenger wayyyy to high.
entity seeker seems reasonable, maybe it could last longer ? (but then i suppose if they are comming to you then you will use lots of energy faster eh?)
not sure of other two. Internal reserves seems weird to keep hyping up the stims as its only hp?
aswell as absorbtion, i personally would rather something aiding my attack/ammo usage. compared to defensive stims?

I get alot of items when it is at level 200. Around 30%-40%.mk3 scavenger wayyyy to high.
This will give much more. I think 40k is fine.
Grim could you index the new stims too so we can search for them as well ?

OMG BG, how can you put some stims, which are much more powerfull then the skills we could have choosed in future, after the next content? Entity Seeker level 200, this means we have to be level 600 so that we can have entity seeker 200. Absorbtion 200, glad i didn't choose this skill. Scavenger 400. hmmmz, with scavenger 250 at actual level and Intensifier x4 i can easily make 2 mision items and still have some drops to sale. C'mon guys, think before actually make some stims
may i refer you to my early post where someone else mentioned this.
and also, just to correct you, until there is a structure like that in the other game to raise the level of buffs you cast, you will NEVER get it to lvl 200, they are limited to a maximum of lvl 150...

It would have been nice to have had some buffs which were unique to stims and not something which we were about to be able to offer as buffs
