This is why I made this post,,, there is a rule against begging but I dont see someone asking as that.
Also regarding the FS box also having this rule,,, there was a time when any box asking for free buffs was reported all the time,,judging by the response its been seen as just asking and not begging there for a while too.
I generally try to offer suggestions and many times that works better than a buff
the guy I mentioned earlier who hadnt found loyalty pots yet got more than he had hoped for at lower cost and a perfect set and level for his needs
A guy was asking all over for RF,, there was a pot in bazaar they werent aware of
Someone was asking for leveling buffs and gave a great chance for me to point out they need umb to hunt in guild tagged crystal 
So its more than asking and less than begging its part of a bigger conversation that many times gives more help than they would have got by buying the buff outright
