We go to brother Giles for recipes or whatever , realm shops for equipment, why not a person standing there with answers to basic questions players might need, I'm sure its simple to do, but who knows.
Or a FAQ link in resources.

This would also be a good place to list currently active veterans, with a link to PM them for more detailed assistance....
