Use your imagination. Think of it like making a signature but with words.
Doesn't matter if it's just one sentence or alot. Just make sure you use clear easy to read sentences with good grammar.

I thought you already had the description I gave you before? Like 6 foot to his back, completely black, silver horseshoes, black leather and silver saddle, mane short and braided down his neck..

The hind section needs to be taller too, horses are almost horizontal along their backs.
