Enough with the "big stamina bankers".. we all gain the same amount of stamina per hour. Buy some fsp, upgrade your character and help the game being alive.

Daily events sound nice. I dont think that earning fsp is a nice idea.. perhaps a pot.. a hidden skill.. loyalty points.. character updates.. but no fsp. It will just make ppl stop donating in the long run.

I like the idea of daily quests too, but in addition to this rather than instead of :)

daily quests are nice for those sitting at end of content gives them a reason to log in and burn stam :P

basically impossible to get people complaining about it being unfair since everybody has to put in the same effort to do them.

the events

one of the events that i'd like to see is

- a pvp season dropping by

- a 1 week/month guild conflict showdown wich guild is the strongest in gvg combat

- or some sort of hunted cow idol of awesomeness spawn that works as a shrine where the people who are online on that spot get rewarded and to cancel out the auto refresh make it move every 30 minutes with an announcement where it is at now.

- some sort of hide and seek the hcs team as in have them be hidden as a npc troughout the realms where people can travel trough some sort of massive maze of maps that can only be accessed trough a hide and seek portal.

so basically if it requires lots of movement take us into the area where the hunted cows hide and observe us and let us sneak up on them for once :P

- some sort of puzzle challenge or brain teaser where you get ported into a realm and the person who manages to complete it the fastest wins :P

i mean there's plenty of fun stuff and simple events that people would want to participate in :)

I like the idea in theory, but I'm curious as to how those FSP would be distributed?  The only reason I ask is that say a guild is maxed out in upgrades, depositing that FSP into the guild bank directly serves no purpose to said guild.  If you do deposit it directly, you need to give an option to withdraw that FSP so it can be used for other guild expenses.

Other than that, I support this idea.  I also think it'd be cool if a reward was a Guild Wide Buff Pack, similar to that of RP packs.  But you'd need to make it activatable as opposed to activated immediately, if that makes sense.  Basically so we could activate it when we see fit.

I guess if a guild is maxed out on FSP upgrades that would potentially be a problem. I don't think making it possible to withdraw from the guild is a good idea, but open to other ideas as to what we would do in this situation :)

I absolutely love the idea behind a daily activity and/or quest. I do however think putting that much fsp into the game everyday would be a considerable risk. While I know the values are not set roughly over 600 fsp atm would enter the game a day compared to the 20 fsp in the temple per day. Wouldn't this be quite a risk compared to adding a unique buff related to whatever event was being held?

For example, if it was GvG event make the reward a buff package for the guild to use for their next GvG conflicts. Or if it was a hunting daily make the reward a AM and LF buff potion for their next hunt. Maybe a Titan daily quest would give a Titan doubler 200 potion. Something relatable to the challenge you gave that day. Stashes for most composed potions. FI 1500-2000 for most found items.

Either way you go about it I support the idea. This would make the community more active with a lot more interesting ways to spend stamina. Great Job.

that is true but once that stam has been used can take weeks if not months to replace so will count them out for a while

Don't get me wrong your right about when the stam runs dry but be honest i get 7k stam in 3 days top players crush that amount with the time they already spent on the game.

special guild realms add a new currency whenever guild wins they can upgrade their realm for example in size or put a cute little tower mostly a prestige thing and possibly something with lowering upkeep or a new way to display guild structures and upgrade current ones more/for free

lots of guild events should be implemented to build team spirit etc etc guild based events fsp shouldn't be able to go into the economy and should be used for the guild

I like the overall idea.

Could add arena wins to the mix to liven that area up.

I however fear the PvP part of this idea for several reasons:

Biggest too many people come on and complain about getting hit for no reason a PvP day could push people away...

Other reason is the disparity of targets across the level ranges. Someone could have 1 or 0 targets and another could have 100+

Overall I like that it brings activity to the game.

if a pvp event would be classified as a individual thing then there will be an advantage if people team up so in this case you'd have to be able to fight everybody without knowing who you'd be fighting. a pvp event outside of a pvp season would be fairly hard to pull off unless you throw every participant into a pit and let them choose and fight as in rock paper scissors (lizard/spock). and i mean that would be all luck and no skill and hence imo no fun.

so if theres a pvp event make sure it remains an individual event where no teaming up is possible that's for gvg :P

The Daily Events would have their own medals. I would say this was superior to PvP Seasons in that the PvP Seasons had the same issue as the ladder in that it needs to be opt-in (which I don't think would be good to change). I'm suggesting that the PvP aspects of the Daily Events would essentially allow PvP to become part of an event without the need to have another new system / opt-in.

I love this idea. And new medals are always a great thing in my book. Does this mean you will remove the seasons medals as they will no longer be achievable for anyone thereafter? I just hate seeing medals that I cannot get. :)

In the situation that a guild is fully upgraded, maybe those FSP won for the daily event should go to the founder for dispersal?  Or maybe (not sure how feasible), make them attainable by entering a code similar to a gift code.

Definitely like the daily activities, and the element of competition.

I think the rewards are too much, and it may end up focussing activity rather than increasing it.

A lot of thought would need to go into making the competitions fair. Whammies idea of limiting to (say) 1500 stam is one good way of doing that (though might still need to require people to work at close to their level). Another might be to hide items in realm ranges (first 100 people to find X that has appeared somewhere within levels 50-100; would need a counter so people knew when it had appeared and when to stop searching).

Yodamus is right that there was a thread with lots of good ideas for daily/weekly activities only a few months back.

Maxing guild upgrades is a relative concept. We haven't bothered spending guild FSPs for at least 6 years simply because there are no upgrades we are interested in making. As far as we are concerned, those FSPs we have in in the guild bank have been nothing more than trash for all those years. So additional guild FSPs as rewards would be completely unenticing.

I really love the idea of daily competitions or quests, I'll have to think some more to see if I can come up with any ideas for them, or any solutions to the problems that have been discussed thus far. Overall, really like what I'm reading, and awesome job for thinking outside of the box on this one. Looking forward to seeing this in action down the line.  :)

Actually if you do a PvP style event it could be like slaughter fest in sigma. Where everyone is limited to a certain level of gear.

Could even make everyone go the the coliseum and battle it out there for the day.. no real opt in/out but have to be on a certain map to participate.

I don't like the idea for two reasons:

1 - Sounds like it will just benefit the players with the largest stamina pools

2 - Making you feel like you HAVE to log on to do something rather than want to is a kinda bad idea

could make the guild store un capped, this way a guild will never have all upgrades..then no need for the guild prizes to go to players
